If you are still on the fence about a 360, well you better hurry and make up your mind! ITC Administrative Law Judge David Shaw, states the 360 violates four Motorola patents and now wants to ban the US sales and import of the game console. I hope they don't ban xbox games as well! There goes my social life! But don't worry if you don't have your allowance just yet- Shaw's ruling still faces approval or modifications by the ITC's board of commissioners that has a deadline date of August 23rd. Even if they agree with Shaw, they must still get a sign off from the Obama administration within 60 days. President Obama- please don't ban my 360! In my opinion, the ideal outcome would be a broad cross-licensing type of agreement that would allow Xbox and Motorola to co-exist in a friendly manner. But, currently Motorola claims that Microsoft basically sucks and they're demanding a royalty rate of 2.25%, which is equivalent to an annual fee of around $4 billion that Microsoft would have to pay Motorola. Blows for them! In the meantime, keep enjoying your Xbox 360, buy one if you don't have one, and pray that the patent gods don't take it away. If they do it's PS3 and PC from here on out! Josh Trank just signed on with Sony Pictures to develop and direct the adaptation. You may be familiar with his name if you saw the recent under the radar hit Chronicle. . Now, we all know how this goes. Great game gets turns into a movie and we hate it. It's a pattern that has very few exceptions. But before we start with the slew of comments saying just to leave this great game alone, I'm going to stand up and explain why turning game into a movie is a great idea. . For those of you who aren't familiar with the game, here's the story. You're a dude, you bring a women who seems is dead to a temple where in order to get her soul back, needs to destroy 16 colossuses, colossi, yeah colossi. But that's it. From there it's just boss fight after boss fight after boss fight. See one of the big problems with having a video game movie is that you can't take a long form story and adapt it well to an hour and a half long movie. Things get lost, and it just turns up being a disappointment. Or sometimes, the director will take liberties that as fans we just find to be the worst thing in the entire world. Well, Shadows of the Colossus is so simple and basic, no on e can mess up the story...CUZ THERE IS NONE! . So I say, go for it Sony. Now, I know we have been talking about mass effect 3 a lot lately, and you all are probably a little tired of it! But, It appears the rumors that were swirling earlier this week were correct, as today Bioware has announced a new 'Rebellion' DLC pack for Mass Effect 3. The DLC will bring new maps, characters and weapons to players at no additional cost for anyone who has already redeemed an Online Pass. You can check out the official post on Bioware's blog for the in-and-outs of The Rebellion Multiplayer Expansion. The DLC will drop in the US on Tuesday, May 29th and in Europe on the PSN on May 30th. Also, ME3's Bounty Weekend starts tomorrow at 6pm PST and goes until May 27 at 5pm. Are you going to play? Cause the Mobile app Bump released an update today-allowing you to transfer your scandalous pixs from your phone to your computer with just a simple tap! What's up computer, fist bump-yeah, new photos! So here's what you need to do to set it up. Don't worry it won't take long!: First, It's impeccable that you download the latest version of the Bump app (version 3.3) on your phone then you need to load the Bump website on your computer. To do that just type Bu.mp into your browser and it will come up! Then go to your Bump app, select the photos you want to transfer, and then Bump your spacebar with your smartphone. A screen will appear on your iphone that says "your pc"- click connect and the photos will instantly appear on your computer! The only thing you need to make sure you do is enable location sharing from your smartphone and computer web browser. Without that, the app will not work. You can send 1 picture at a time or multiple pixs. From there you can drag them to your desktop or hit download all to download all the pictures straight to a folder. As fans may remember the Type 95 weapon was way broke and overpowered. Well, it has been confirmed that Black Ops 2 will have the gun, BUT it is being rebalanced from the ground up. . In fact, a lot of the weapons will be getting revamped. So any pre conceived notions you may have had with prior weapons from the Call of Duty games, well, you should just set those aside. Remember, this game does take play in 2025, so who knows what the weapons will be like in the future. . I'll be honest, if we're going to be redoing weapons for the future, I want a gun that shoots lasers. Bunch of lasers. But how bout you guys? How does this revamping the weapons idea sound to you? Very recently Lasercorn and I here at clevver games got a sneak peak at LP3 set to release early in early 2013 . One of the first things that caught my attention in this game is that it takes place as a prequel to the other Lost Planet games. So you play as Jim, a blue collar worker on EDN 3 trying to help prepare the planet for colonization. All this guy wants is his hazard pay so he can get back home to his family. . Now the demo that we played started off a bit slow, but it really worked us into the atmosphere. We had the chance to reall experience how dangerous the climate could be and how enemies could sneak up on you out of nowhere. We also got to play in the first person mode when you're in your utility rig that remined me of the machine from Alien that ripley jumps into and a big daddy from bioshock....just bigger. Not only are these rigs could for clearing paths in the environment and keeping you safe from the environment. But you can kick some major ass in their as well. At on point in time, I picked up a beast with one hand then using my drill in the other mechanical arm, I well...you get the picture. . This game is looking like it will ive up to the Lost Planet name with bigger enemies that make you really think your strategy at all times, with some great multiplayer ... |

Diablo 3 launched and had a huge impact on the industry, shattering records left and right! In 24 hours this game sold 3.5 million titles in just 24 hours. And the forward momentum didn't stop there. In it's first week live, it went on to sell over 6.3 bagillion copies! Well, actually just 6.3 million copies, but still, that's a fuck ton. And all of this isn't counting the 1.2 million copies that players got for free with the world of warcraft annual pass promotion. . In fact, Gamestop's senior vice president of merchandising said that this was one of the biggest PC launches ever. And with these numbers, my response is saw this one coming. Even Amazon said that D3 broke all preorder records for a PC game and shattered day one milestone records in sales. . But diablo 3's launch didn't go smoothly, it did have its fair share of technical difficulties. We had some glitches that made the game unplayable and the server issue..well, let's just be happy that's behind us. Are you dying to destroy some demons? Capcom announced yesterday that their upcoming Action game reboot DMC: Devil May Cry is officially due out January 15th! While it's not making it to shelves this year, it's not missing it by much. We will see Dante kickin' some evil booty January 15 in North America and Europe- on the PS3 and Xbox 360, with a PC edition set to follow later in 2013. I got some hands-on time with DMC at Capcom's pre-E3 event last week and totally love it! You can use Angel powers and fly around and then you can bust out your demon powers to grapple people and beat them up! There is nothing more fun that fighting as a sword-wielding demon slayer! I'm putting this game on my list of most highly anticipated games of 2013. Ninja Theory did a great job with Enslaved and I expect nothing less from DMC. What's up guys and welcome to Clevver Games. After months of teasing us, Gazillion Entertainment has finally released new details about its upcoming free-to-play game, Marvel Heroes. Gazillion claims the game will take the MMO category to a completely new level of excitement by combining action RPG elements with the MMO genre. In the first official trailer released today, players get a look into the gameplay footage interwoven with some rather menacing shots of a certain Victor Von Doom, who -- if you look closely- seems to have gotten his hands on what appears to be the Cosmic Cube, an artifact that gives you the power to bend reality to your will. Dragon's Dogma from Capcom is out today and the game critics are all over the place! Now you tell me, in the game you get to fight an Evil dragon and go on a journey to discover his mythical secrets and end destruction. I'd call this game a cross between Skyrim and Dark Souls, two of the best RPG's of last year. Sounds pretty cool, right?! Well, try telling that to the critics! Scores from respected gaming publications range from 90 all the way down to 40 on a 100 point scale. Some outlets like Game Trailers and Game Informer are giving Dragon's Dogma high scores above 85, while others like Joystiq & The Official Xbox Magazine are shredding it to pieces with scores between 40-60!
